    No. All purchases are final. Because our time is reserved specifically for you and includes pre-session preparation, we do not offer refunds, rescheduling, or cancellations.

  • Do I need to prepare anything before my session?

    Yes, please have the following ready:

    • A Medicare.gov account
    • A list of your current medications
    • Any questions or goals you want to address

  • How do I schedule my session after payment?

    Once your payment is processed, you’ll be redirected to book your session through our scheduling system. You’ll be able to choose a convenient time and preferred contact method.
