Your Medicare card (red, white, and blue):
We'll use this to verify your coverage details and ensure we’re looking at the most accurate options for you.

A Medicare.gov account:
You’ll need an active Medicare.gov account to review and compare plans. Need help setting up your account? Visit our Medicare.gov account setup help page.

A current list of your medications and dosages:
Include all current prescription medications (such as creams, eye drops, inhalers, and occasional prescriptions), but exclude vitamins and over-the-counter items, as they aren’t covered by Medicare Part D.

Any questions or concerns you'd like to discuss:
Jot down anything you’re unsure about — whether it’s plan details, costs, pharmacy options, or coverage changes — so we can address them during your session.
